By the time Steven started at Chase Hospitality Group in February 2016, The Chase Fish & Oyster was already an established restaurant with its own set of branding. Steven kept the octopus as a brand identity and developed it further by incorporating it as a background on the menus. This equally helped in differentiating The Chase Fish & Oyster from its sister restaurant, The Chase, which is located on the upper level of the same building. While The Chase is a more upscale fine dining restaurant, The Chase Fish & Oyster is a fun and vibrant restaurant with a focus on seafood.
